Booking terms
Submitting a request does not reserve the venue. A booking is confirmed only after written approval from El Centro.
Rates
The base booking rate is $120 per hour. Kitchen access is not included and may be added for $20 per hour. Setup and cleanup must occur within the approved booking time unless El Centro confirms otherwise in writing.
Availability and approval
All requests are subject to availability, appropriate use of the space, staffing, and written approval. El Centro may decline a request or offer a different time.
Care of the space
Booking organizers are responsible for guests, cleanup, property damage, and following occupancy, safety, noise, and neighborhood expectations. Decorations and outside equipment must be approved before the event.
Dry location
El Centro is a completely dry location. Alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug related substances of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the premises. There are no exceptions for private events, celebrations, booking organizers, vendors, or guests.
Other prohibited activities
Smoking, weapons, unlawful conduct, and activities that create an unsafe environment are prohibited.
Parking
The parking lot comfortably fits approximately 8 to 12 cars. Booking organizers are responsible for communicating parking expectations to guests and keeping neighboring access clear.
Payment, cancellation, and deposits
Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be provided in writing before a booking is finalized. No deposit or refund term applies unless El Centro includes it in the written booking confirmation.
